Roof Sit Tips for Kids

Allegis supports Roof Sit!Tips for Kids signRoof Sit is a fund raising event to support the Children’s Advocacy Center and Infant & Parent Services programs at the Community Healing Centers.  These programs treat and prevent child abuse and neglect. Tips for Kids is a fundraising component of the 2011 Roof Sit where volunteers pumped gas and washed windows at local Shell Gas Stations for monetary tips. Allegis employees took turns volunteering at Bob & Kay's Shell Station, around the corner from the Kalamazoo branch, on Thursday, May 19. During that day, we raised $486.98!  We came in 5th place for fundraising, out of 27 Tips for Kids teams!  The Roof Sit grand total was $68,449.

Donut Wagon at AllegisThe Salvation Army Donut Wagon visited the Kalamazoo branch of Allegis Credit Union on Friday, May 13. They gave out free donuts to help raise awareness of their organization. Allegis Credit Union is proud to support the Salvation Army!

American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer

We are helping to create a world where everyone can celebrate more birthdays and where breast cancer is merely a memory. 
We walked and made strides to eliminate breast cancer on October 9, 2010!  Thank you for your support. We were able to raise over $4,000, placing us in the top four companies!

Salvation Army Angel Tree

Allegis is once again an Angel Tree donation site. Stop in to grab a tag, or drop off your new, unwrapped presents here so a child can have a merry Christmas!

Once again this year, staff from Allegis went to help MwC roll candles, which is a fundraiser they use to connect the community to their center.
