We know life is hectic and rarely fits into a 9-5 schedule.  That’s why we offer many alternative ways to access your money. 

Online Banking

Easily access your account information from any computer with Internet access!  If you’ve never used Online Banking before, your password will be the last four numbers of your social security number.  You will need to change your password immediately.  For the security of your account, Online Banking passwords must be 6-10 characters, and contain at least one letter and one number.  The password is case sensitive.

CU Easy Pay Online Bill Pay

With CU Easy Pay, you can receive and pay bills online from your Allegis Credit Union checking account.  Pay any bill, including your mortgage, credit card…even your babysitter!  View a demo of Bill Pay, or just log into Online Banking and click on “Pay Bills” to get started. 

Simple point and click enrollment instructions will guide you through set-up.  After 48 hours to process your enrollment, you’ll be ready to pay bills!  Just return to Online Banking and click on “Pay Bills” to set up payee information and start scheduling your payments**!

As an added convenience, you can receive your bills online.  Some companies are authorized to send e-bills directly to your CU Easy Pay account.  Just click on “Sign Up To Receive E-Bills” link in Payee Set-up, then follow the instructions.

As long as usage remains active*, CU Easy Pay is free to all members.

*For your online bill pay account to remain active, at least one online bill payment transaction must be made within each calendar month. $5.00 will be charged to the enrolled account between the 5th and 10th day of the month following the month where no bill payments were made.

e-Statements

Cut down on clutter with e-Statements!  A notice will be sent to you via email each month when your statement is ready.  Then you just log into Online Banking and view your statement.  You can print it out or save it on your computer.  Sign up in the “Personal Preferences” section of Online Banking.

Online Branch

Think of this website as an Online Branch.  You can view your account, pay bills, apply for a loan, or figure out your monthly payment on a new car loan.  Visit our website anytime for many of the things you would visit one of our regular branches for!

Check out all the different lending options Allegis Credit Union has to offer. Then, apply safely and securely right online. A Financial Services Officer will contact you once we process your loan application.

Mortgage Account Access

You can view your Member First Mortgage (formerly CUMC Mortgage) account history right from the comfort of your computer chair! Also, make your mortgage payments through this secure Internet site. If your mortgage is with Allegis, view your account right in Online Banking!

CU*Talk Telephone Banking

Your account information is just a phone call away.  Dial 1-866-267-4722 for direct access to all your accounts.  Your member number is your account number, and the first time you use CU*Talk, your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be the last four numbers of your social security number.  You will need to pick a new PIN immediately.  We can set up your account to transfer to another member’s account or one of your additional accounts.  Just call us at 1-800-797-3281.  For more information on how to use CU*Talk, view the CU*Talk Telephone Banking flowchart.
